Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with a renowned international property consultancy to recruit a talented Valuation Associate/Director for their dynamic Bristol team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a key role, working alongside experienced Directors and contributing to a growing, collaborative team.
About the Role
- Work on a broad range of commercial valuations across the South West and South Wales.
- Join a friendly, long-established regional office within a global organisation.
- Enjoy a flexible working culture - typically 2-3 days in the office, with the rest from home.
- Be based in one of Bristol's most prestigious office buildings.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships, delivering high-quality valuation services.
- Conduct market analysis and assess property data to produce accurate valuations.
- Prepare detailed reports for clients, lenders, and legal purposes.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex instructions and contribute to business development.
- Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in UK real estate, ideally within a property consultancy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Argus Enterprise (training provided) and Microsoft Office.
Pay range and package
- Salary: Up to £70,000 + car allowance + performance-based bonus.
