SEMH Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start

Location: Chatham
Contract: Full-time, temporary to permanent

We are also recruiting a Teaching Assistant with a strong background in SEMH to provide vital classroom support.

The Role:

Support teaching staff in managing challenging behaviour

Assist with learning activities and interventions

De-escalate situations and manage conflict when required

Provide consistent, reliable support to pupils with complex needs

Requirements:

Extremely resilient, reliable, and committed

Proven behaviour management skills (including conflict resolution)

Experience supporting SEMH learners preferred
