The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor:
You'll lead the financial management of a major high-end residential project in Chelsea. This is a client-facing role where you'll oversee all commercial aspects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with both the project delivery team and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing project budgets and cost control from inception to completion
Producing detailed cost reports and forecasts
Preparing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier packages
Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
Supporting the tendering process and procurement strategy
Collaborating with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure commercial success What They're Looking For:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
