A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a well-established and growing engineering team within a leading manufacturing organisation in Hampshire.

This role is perfect for someone looking to make a real impact within a fast-paced, high-tech environment, supporting continuous improvement, enhancing product quality, and driving innovation in manufacturing processes.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes, develop SOPs, support production teams, and contribute to the successful introduction of new products.

Skills & Experience Needed:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant manufacturing engineering role
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing)
• Hands-on experience within a cleanroom or precision environment is advantageous (not essential)
• Strong process, problem-solving, and communication skills
