My client is a specialist wholesaler of noise and vibration detection equipment, supporting the construction sector with high-quality, in-demand products. Operating in a niche and growing market, focused on innovation, customer service, and long-term growth. With a steady flow of inbound leads, now looking to expand for a internal sales advisor to joing the team.

The Role:

As an Internal Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries. You'll guide clients through the sales process, offering product advice, preparing quotes, and supporting major accounts. This is a desk-based role with no cold calling, giving you the time to focus on building genuine relationships and delivering excellent service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales role (internal or telesales ideal)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organised, motivated, and confident dealing with B2B customers

Interest in technical products or the construction sector (preferred, not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales enquiries and guide customers through product options

Prepare quotes, follow up, and convert leads into sales

Support key client accounts and ongoing projects

Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer experience
