Salary: £34,000 - 44,000 depending on experience

They have an extensive portfolio of technically expert projects covering sectors such as residential, commercial, and master planning but their expertise lies in the healthcare sector. The successful Architect will have substantial post qualification experience with extensive Revit experience in practice as well as proven job running experience and capable producing high-quality tender and construction packages.

Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Architect:

• RIBA Part 1-3 qualified
• ARB registered
• Several years post qualification experience within a UK practice
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Demonstratable experience working on a mix of Architectural projects
• Ideally you will have experience on healthcare projects
• Medium to large scale project experience
• Great technical skills and a boast design flare
• Comprehensive understanding of current UK building regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• Able to well effectively in a team and independently
• Positive and motivated approach to work
• Be local to Lancashire
