Service Centre Manager

Loom Talent are exclusively supporting the recruitment of a Service Centre Manager for a client based in Torquay.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a site leadership role with cross-functional responsibility. While the position is hands-on, you will also manage key customer relationships, providing regular reporting and performance updates. The role offers genuine scope to grow with the business and develop into a senior leadership position over time.

What you'll be doing

Deliver strong operational leadership across all aspects of the contract, including overall performance, service delivery, customer experience, inventory oversight, financial accountability, and resource management.
Collaborate with central support teams to develop and implement the agreed operating model, establishing clear strategies and objectives to ensure key performance indicators are consistently achieved.All about you

Proven experience in developing and successfully delivering strategic and business plans, with the ability to create and implement standard operating procedures.
A solid understanding of financial management and performance measurement, with strong attention to detail. This will include reviewing and approving expenditure, analysing data, and producing reports to support decision-making.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently convey complex ideas and work effectively with senior stakeholders across internal teams and external organisations.
Significant experience working within a technical or operational service environment, with a strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and the ability to demonstrate measurable achievements.What we can offer you

A competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
