We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Children's Social Worker to join our team supporting vulnerable children and families in the Chesterfield area. You'll work closely with children, parents, and multi-agency partners to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children in need.

• �? Conduct timely and thorough assessments of children's needs and family situations

• ?? Build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals to support positive outcomes

• ??? Manage child protection cases with a focus on safeguarding and promoting welfare

• ?? Develop, implement, and review care plans in line with legislation and best practice

• ?? Ensure visits and casework are completed within statutory timescales

• ???�? Collaborate with colleagues and provide support to less experienced staff where needed

• ??? Advocate for children's rights and ensure their voices are heard throughout the process
