We are seeking to fill our customer service position and looking for a candidate who is positive, and passionate about customer service. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with potential customers and existing customers, solution-oriented, and have the ability to work with a wide variety of individuals, and willing to learn all facets of a company in order to ensure the success of their projects within the overall mission. As an entry-level customer service position, no direct experience is required; however, having a customer-focused attitude, familiarity with marketing and sales basics, and/or a desire for leadership will formulate the foundation of a great candidate.

Job Requirements:
  • Dealing with customer inquiries on a face to face basis
  • Assists in the determination of goals and priorities with team, clients, or project management sponsors.
  • Integrate public relations and communications with sales in order to create personalized brand experiences
  • Quickly assess and resolve issues for both the consumers and clients
  • Identify consumers needs, wants, and purchase trends in given areas
  • Lead one of our client accounts, working with strategic marketing and sales professionals
  • Train and develop others on successful systems
  • Engage with program users on a daily basis to increase the effectiveness of the productivity of the department
  • Build sustainable relationships with potential leads through personalized interactions
  • Generate long-term leads through exciting personalized interactions
  • Constantly engage and challenge your skills in order to quickly professionally develop
  • Adapt to new markets and audiences, understanding completely how the consumers behave
  • Handle other tasks as assigned
