Looking for a senior quantity surveyor to join a supportive and expanding team for a world leader in multi-technical installation and maintenance services, operating globally.

The RoleAre you an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to join a successful and expanding team on a hybrid working basis? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the commercial management of high-profile projects while contributing to the continued growth and success of the organisation.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Lead on the commercial and contractual management of projects, ensuring profitability and value for money.

• Provide accurate cost advice, forecasts, and risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, and negotiation.

• Support project teams with contractual and financial matters.

• Mentor and guide junior members of the commercial team.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

About YouIdeally :

• A proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within technical services, construction, or FM sectors.

• Strong knowledge of contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT) and cost management principles.

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

• A degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and professional membership (RICS or working towards) is preferred.
