A leading bespoke oak furniture and interiors company is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join its dedicated team. This on-site position offers the opportunity to work in a creative, design-focused environment, to ensure the smooth running of the office and workshop operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, creative environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy team.

* £28,000 - £32,000

* Working hours Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30/5pm - 40 hours per week

* This will be a full-time on-site role

Duties and responsibilities:

* Diary management, maintain calendars, schedule appointments and meetings for directors and team members

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails with professionalism

* Raising and processing invoices using QuickBooks

* Managing and updating social media channels

* Work closely with the team to provide essential information such as reference numbers and documentation

* Process and track annual leave requests to ensure adequate staffing levels

* Collaborate with the workshop team and external traders to plan and schedule work efficiently

* Manage stock control, monitor inventory levels, order supplies and maintain accurate stock records to support workshop operations

Skills and experience required:

* Previous diary management experience is essential

* Highly organised and good at multitasking

* Be friendly and professional

* Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing

* IT literate across the Microsoft suite, knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar system would be advantageous
