Software Support Analyst Apprentice

Based on the outskirts of Hull, they are looking for a passionate individual to join the team as a Software Support Analyst Apprentice. Working in a small team of 4 technicians, you will have outstanding support throughout the apprenticeship as you begin your career!

Salary, Hours & Benefits

* £7800 per annum
* 37.5 hours a week
* Monday to Friday 9 am-5.30 pm
* 1 hour daily for lunch
* 20 days holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays)
* Additional day for Birthday leave
* Social and Team events on a regular basis
* Access to internal training opportunities

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Supporting webeyeCMS software in house and remotely
* Performing daily system checks
* Field incoming support calls
* Respond to support emails
* Test new and existing product hardware and software
* Liaise with internal and external contacts
* Investigate and resolve reported IT Infrastructure issues

Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship.

* A genuine passion for IT
* Hardware/Component knowledge would be beneficial
* 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent, to include Maths and English
