Currently working with a contractor specialising in cleaning and mastic works in the construction industry (predominantly residential developments), that are looking to bring on a Assistant level Quantity Surveyor to join their Cheshunt office.

You will be working closely with the Commercial Manager who has a fantastic 21 years with major housing developers and will be there for you to lean on and learn skills for you to build your career.

Fantastic opportunity hear for someone to join a growing company. currently at around 200 staff and £8 million turnover with a real effort being made now for that to grow.

You will be expected to understand variations and payment applications as well as being taught how to carry out tenders etc.
