The Role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, providing expert legal advice to individuals and families. You will be responsible for:
* Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Trusts
* Advising on estate planning, inheritance tax, and wealth preservation
* Administering probate and handling estate administration
* Managing Court of Protection applications
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Mentoring junior staff where appropriate
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years' PQE in private client law (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive)
* Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
