We are working with a leading Tier 1 fit out contractor based in London who are looking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-end commercial fit out projects across London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all health & safety aspects across multiple fit out projects
• Ensure full compliance with current HSE legislation and company policies
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Provide guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors
• Deliver toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager within the fit out or construction sector
• Previous experience working with a Tier 1 contractor is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation
• NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
