The Role:
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our vendor clients, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into key roles. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will develop strong client relationships, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and ensure exceptional service delivery throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing client accounts and developing long-term partnerships
Sourcing candidates through various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal CRM
Screening, interviewing, and preparing candidates for submission
Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
About You:
Previous experience in recruitment (agency or internal) is highly desirable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
Confident, personable, and highly organised
Able to work full-time from our Altrincham office
