Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Temporary Property Services Support Officer on behalf of a client within the housing/property sector. This role will support the Head of Property Services & Asset Management during a period of increased workload across multiple projects.
This is a hands-on operational support role, ideal for someone organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
The successful candidate will help ensure key property and asset management projects continue progressing smoothly by coordinating information, managing communications and supporting contractor activity.
Key Responsibilities

Managing high volumes of emails and correspondence, identifying actions, deadlines and required responses.
Providing administrative and coordination support across property and estates projects, including managing reports, documents and contractor information.
Maintaining trackers, action logs and dashboards to ensure workstreams remain organised and deadlines are met.
Supporting contractor and consultant communication, chasing updates and ensuring outstanding actions are followed up.
Organising compliance documentation, records and governance information to maintain accurate audit trails.
Assisting with meeting preparation, notes and follow-up actions where required.Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative, coordination or service support role.
Experience supporting senior managers in a busy environment.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Excel.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Confident liaising with internal teams, contractors and external suppliers.Desirable

Experience within property, estates, facilities or construction environments.
Familiarity with contractor-led services or compliance documentation.Additional Information

Core hours: Candidates must be available between 10:00am - 4:00pm.
Travel required: Candidates must be able to travel across multiple sites.
Driving licence and own vehicle preferred (mileage paid at 45p per mile).
