We are working with an Ofsted rated “Good” school in Southampton who have a specialist unit that is gaining an excellent reputation.  The Teacher would have to have a strong knowledge of additional needs such as Autism Awareness, Trauma informed and Thrive.

What we need from you:

A qualified teacher with experience of working with additional needs
An ability to adapt planning and create creative and exciting lessons to inspire
A DBS or be willing to get a DBS and upload it onto the Update System
The ability to adapt and embrace new ways of working
Resilience, empathy and an understanding nature
