Assistant Store Manager

Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the Store Manager in managing store operations including sorting out deliveries, placing orders, and handling customer queries.
- Focus on people management, performance reviews, and organising holiday rotas for the team.
- Drive the over-riding goals of maximising sales, ensuring excellent customer service, minimising costs, and optimising operational efficiency.
- Prepare to step into the Store Manager’s shoes in their absence, ensuring smooth store operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experienced in people management, ideally within a retail or customer-driven environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Skilled in time management and operational efficiency.
- Highly motivated to consistently achieve targets.
