Job Description

Cameo Dental Specialists is a rapidly growing dental specialty group looking for a Contract Recruiter to assist in top-tier talent acquisition. In this role, the Contract Recruiter (Remote) will be responsible for searching for identifying and engaging top talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practices as we grow as an organization.

The Recruiter will be responsible for executing the end-to-end hiring process at Cameo while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. You will screen, assess, interview, and lead the offer process in order to acquire the best quality candidates with the greatest speed. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to an active pipeline of candidates, maintain long-term candidate relationships, and energetically sell the role and the Cameo Way.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Direct Sourcing, Recruiting, Candidate Outreach, and/or high volume Recruitment
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Computer and Social Media savvy
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own posting, screening, assessment, interview, offer and disposition process activities, ensuring outstanding candidate experience
  • Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and hiring manager feedback
  • Use market intelligence and industry trends to develop, execute and assess online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines as a delivery vehicle to identify relevant prospects and produce quality candidates
  • Communicate the organization's strong collaborative culture and mission to recruit top talent to our organization through LinkedIn, social media, web, internal referrals and other mediums
  • Tracking individual recruiter metrics to determine the effectiveness of source and connect strategy and make necessary changes based on best practices
  • Handling other duties, as needed
