Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to lead a small, specialised residential home for adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs. Located in a warm and welcoming setting, the service is dedicated to helping each resident grow, thrive, and achieve personal milestones through positive behavioural support (PBS), encouragement, and person-centred care.

This is more than a management role – it’s a chance to make real, meaningful change in the lives of others while working alongside a dedicated and skilled team. With a competitive salary of up to £45,000, this role offers both purpose and progression.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a Registered or Residential Home Manager supporting people with learning disabilities and complex care needs
  • A solid understanding of CQC regulations and a track record of maintaining high-quality standards
  • Confident managing budgets, staff rotas, and operational responsibilities
  • Skilled in motivating teams and building strong, trusting relationships
  • Commitment to inclusive, person-led care and PBS principles

What You’ll Get in Return

  • Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing and support
  • Company pension scheme

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a close-knit team to deliver high-quality, personalised care
  • Maintain and improve CQC standards, aiming for 'Good' or 'Outstanding' outcomes
  • Support residents to develop life skills, independence, and confidence
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and audits
  • Champion a culture of learning and PBS-driven support
  • Work closely with families, stakeholders, and external professionals
  • Manage recruitment, training, and development of the team
  • Promote the service through marketing and community engagement
