JOB TYPE: Permanent, FullTime

**Facilities Coordinator - Norfolk - £25,000 to £30,000**

**Skills and experience you’ll need:**
- Recent Batchelors Graduate
- Whilst experience in a facilities, estates or property management role is welcome, applications are invited from any recent graduate who has worked in a people-facing administrative role and who would like to develop a career in property / facilities management.
- Examples of relevant experience may be lettings management, estate agency, procurement, business administration etc…

**The role:**

Working within a major Norfolk Business Centre (several hundred acres / multiple tenant businesses) you will develop facilities management skills which will combine liaison with the business tenants and a range of monthly property / facilities compliance testing and maintenance coordination which will include:

- Health and safety
- Fire Safety checks
- Cleaning check and liaison with cleaning companies
- Dealing with maintenance teams
- Meter readings
