We are currently recruiting for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a well-established independent specialist garage based in Milton Keynes.

This Vehicle Technician role offers the chance to work in a modern, well-equipped workshop environment, handling high-end and premium vehicles. Our client is seeking a dedicated professional eager to advance their career within a reputable organisation committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary between £37,000 and £42,000 per annum (£18-£20 per hour)
Overtime paid at double rate, in 15-minute increments
Monday to Friday hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no weekend work

Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs efficiently and to a high standard
Utilise the latest diagnostic tools to identify vehicle faults accurately
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications
Maintain detailed records of repairs and work performed as a Vehicle Technician
Communicate effectively with customers about the work carried out
Support team colleagues with technical expertise and troubleshootingRequirements:

Recognised qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician, ideally in a high-end or premium workshop environment
Knowledge of German or luxury vehicle systems is preferable
Demonstrable eye for detail and a dedication to quality workmanship as a Vehicle Technician
Ability to adapt and stay updated with latest industry developments
Excellent team player with strong communication skills
