Remedial Plumber - Chelmsford

£36000-£42000 + Van + Benefits (Overtime + Emergency Bonus)

Large Building Services Company who provides compliance services across water, mechanical, fire risk and electrical are currently looking to expand their water division and require a Remedial Plumber to join the team in January and cover sites in the Essex and Central London area.

Joining an existing team, due to my client's coverage, they are able to provide regional work and also the opportunity for all staff to gain additional industry qualifications and the opportunity to cross-train into other markets.

To apply for the Remedial Plumber role the following experience is required

* Proven track record carrying out remedial plumbing including PPM, Reactive and Upgrade Installation ideally from within a commercial setting.

* Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing with other qualifications such as G3 Unvented being highly beneficial.

* Be based in the Essex, Kent or London area and can cover these regions.

* Have knowledge carrying out water hygiene sampling/testing

* Plumbing knowledge to include - deadleg removals and capping, pipework maintenance and modifications, TMV servicing, maintaining site logbooks.

* Hold a full driving license

Working to a 40-hour week, our client offers optional overtime, a PDP (Personal Development Plan) and a full benefits package including van, fuel card and private use of the vehicle.
