Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a specialist M&E building services engineering consultancy, in a contract position outside IR35. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis, attending our client's office in Bristol 1day a week. This is a great opportunity to work on stage 5 coordination of a large-scale residential project.

-Competitive hourly rate ranging from £35-£41 (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement (1 day a week).

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks software.

-Work closely with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs.

-Support project delivery from early design through to construction.

-Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues.

-Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.

What we are looking for:

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role.

-Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP.

-Experience with cloud-based Revit collaboration tools.

-Good understanding of MEP systems and site workflows.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple tasks
