As Nursery Room Leader, you will manage one room, plan and deliver daily activities, support your team, and ensure each child receives consistent, high-quality care. The role involves a mix of hands-on childcare and leadership responsibilities across the room.

What You’ll Need

  
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  
Experience leading a nursery room or senior practitioner role
