We are currently looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef, to join our Kitchen Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Junior Sous Chef, your main duties will include:

•To take ownership that you are aware of your scheduled working hours (subject to change) and work to them on a weekly basis
•To work as an individual and as part of a team by leading and directing the preparation of mise-en-place and service for the section / kitchen to ensure consistent standards are met.
•To take ownership and check mise en place levels and quality for the section.
•To oversee that the cooking and presentation of food is to the correct standard as outlined in the menu manuals and as per standards stated by Leading Hotels of The World.
•To produce accurate recipes and photo specifications for new dishes each time a menu changes
•To provide a quick and efficient service at all times and be flexible as and when required

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties and in any event not less than 40 hours in each week.
