Join a market-leading food manufacturing company operating in a modern, high-tech production facility in Skelmersdale. We're seeking mechanically biased, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a growing engineering team.

Salary of £57,700
Quarterly Bonus - Potential to earn £1k-£3k extra per year

Shift Pattern:

Panama Shifts - Days and Nights (12 hours) (3s & 2s)

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:

Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly

Perform both reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment

Keep maintenance records up to date using our CMMS system

Work closely with production to meet daily performance goals

Follow safety and repair best practices at all times

Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications and Experience required of Maintenance Engineer:

Time-served/apprenticeship-trained engineer

Relevant engineering qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or ONC / HNC preferred)

Strong mechanical skillset

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Positive, proactive mindset and a team player
