Catch 22 are working with an Education provider based in SW11 who are looking for a hands-on Estates Operative. You'll support school operations with a variety of tasks including setting up events, basic maintenance, porter duties, helping with safety checks (like fire alarms and water testing), and site security (including opening and locking the school).

Working hours- Sunday-Thursday 7am-4pm Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm ( you will need to be flelixble working additional hours, overtime will be paid) 

Salary- £29,672

Key Responsibilities:

Set up for school events and activities

Carry out minor repairs and maintenance

Help with statutory safety checks (fire alarms, temp checks, etc.)

Support pool maintenance (training can be provided)

Deliver post and move furniture/equipment as needed

Assist with driving duties (minibus)

General site support and housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

Full, clean driving licence

Experience in estates, maintenance, or a similar hands-on role
