* Monthly management accounts* Month-end journals, prepayments & accruals* Balance sheet reconciliations* Variance analysis & reporting* Fixed asset register maintenance* Budgeting & forecasting support* Liaising with internal teams & external stakeholders* Supporting audit & National Statistics submissions

* Strong IT skills, particularly Excel

* Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs

* A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail

* Previous management accounts or transactional finance experience
