My client is seeking an experienced Cladding Manager to join their team on a contract basis for a project based in Cornwall.

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive cladding experience, capable of managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout.

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing cladding packages on construction projects

* Valid Black CSCS Card (essential)

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to oversee programme, H&S compliance, and subcontractor performance

* Immediately available or available at short notice
