Tradewind Recruitment is working with a friendly Primary School in Waltham Forest to appoint a Nursery Assistant from January 2026. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Early Years education and eager to support young children during a key stage of their development.
Role Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS qualification (essential)

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

Ability to support learning through play

Confident working with young children in a Nursery or Early Years setting
Key Details:

Full-time: 32.5 hours per week

Option of all-year-round or term time only

Working within a supportive Nursery team

Assisting with daily routines, creative activities, and early learning skills
Desirable Qualities:

Nurturing and caring approach

Enthusiastic and imaginative

Good communication skills

Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
