We are recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor for a Site Engineer to support a large-scale earthworks package in Edinburgh. This is a long-term contract offering 12 months of consistent work, starting on 7th July.

Role Responsibilities:

Setting out and surveying for bulk earthworks and associated civil engineering works

*

Ensuring compliance with technical drawings and specifications

*

Maintaining accurate records including ITPs, RAMS, and as-built surveys

*

Supporting the site team with daily engineering input and problem-solving

*

Upholding site health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

*

Experience on large-scale earthworks or civils projects

*

Proficiency with GPS and Total Station equipment

*

CSCS card required

*

SSSTS/SMSTS preferred

*

HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
