The Maintenance Engineer Role

Deliver planned preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns

Fault-find across electrical and mechanical systems in automated equipment
*
Maintain plant reliability and minimise downtime
*
Ensure all work follows Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards
*
Update maintenance records via CMMS and support handovers
*
Provide first-line support across machinery and site services
*
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
Maintenance Engineer - What We're Looking For
*
Strong electrical and mechanical competence, 18th Edition is a must
*
Experience in FMCG or industrial manufacturing environments
*
Hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving
*
Ability to fault-find on automated plant and machinery
*
Full UK driving licence
