Are you a skilled Bike Mechanic or Cycle Technician? Join a busy workshop in Portsmouth where you'll help customers get the most from their bikes every day.

About the role:

Repair, service & maintain bikes and some sporting goods

Diagnose faults & recommend fixes

Deliver top customer service in a fast-paced workshop

Help reduce waste by repairing & recycling

You'll be:

Handling mechanical & electrical bike repairs

Managing stock & workshop organisation

Using IT systems for repairs & records

Learning new skills & helping the team

What we want from you:

Passion for bikes, cycling or sport

Experience with bike servicing (Cytech Level 2 or similar is a plus)

Good communication & customer service skills

Problem-solving mindset

Comfortable with IT systems

Interest in sustainability & making a difference
