Our Financial Services client based in Skipton in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales are rapidly expanding and looking for Customer Service Advisors on a temporary to permanent basis. Definite opportunities for progression!

Successful candidates will have an excellent telephone manner, outstanding customer service skills and be proficient using different IT systems. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, advice and support on behalf of the company's own schemes and clients

Immediate starts available

Key responsibilities:

* Ensure all calls are answered quickly, politely and efficiently

* Keep accurate records of all discussions with customers using the company's software

* Liaise between customers and other departments

* Assist in resolving complaints, escalating the issue to the Customer Service Team Leader where appropriate

* General administrative duties.

You will have a high attention to detail, experience of updating and recording data in complex databases and excellent organisational skills. The ability to work under pressure and work successfully as part of a team are essential.

Currently on a flexible working pattern (2 days in office and 3 days at home) working various shifts between 8am-8pm, Mon-Fri (1in4 Saturdays).

Salary £10p/h (£19,500 p/a)

Shifts are:

* Week 1 8am-4pm

* Week 2 9am-5pm

* Week 3 10:15am-6:15pm

* Week 4 12pm-8pm

* You must also be able to work one Saturday in approx every 4 weeks 8am-4pm
