The Company

A niche UK/US Tax and Accounting firm with offices in Shrewsbury and Cleveland. An Accountancy firm with a difference, who are on an exciting pursuit of doubling their already impressive turnover in the next 5 years.

The Opportunity

* Setting up calls and meetings both internally and externally.

* Managing travel for team members both domestically and internationally.

* Filing and scanning documents and correspondence.

* Assisting the team with client administrative issues, such as sending tax returns, chasing information, preparing engagement letters, and collating paper returns.

* Ordering office supplies and arranging lunches.

* Arranging birthday gifts for UK & US team members.

* Monitoring and reconciling staff holidays.

* Assisting with administrative tasks when onboarding new UK-based team members and new clients.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced Administrator who has a natural flair for organisation, attention to detail and relationship building. You will be proactive and enthusiastic and will embrace the core values of the organisation.
