Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate and skilled Teaching Assistants with experience supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to work across our partner schools in Northampton. Role Overview:

• Support students with ASD in both mainstream and specialist settings.

• Encourage positive social interaction, emotional regulation, and communication.

• Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.

• Use visual aids, structured routines, and sensory approaches to enhance learning.

• Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists to support holistic development.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with ASD.

• Understanding of sensory processing and communication challenges.

• Resilient, nurturing, and flexible approach to supporting learning.

• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

• Ability to commit to full-time hours across the academic year.
