Client Associate/Administrator

SALARY: £19000/annum

My client is seeking a Client Associate/Administrator Ideally you will already be a successful Administrator who is looking to develop further skills. The successful applicant will manage clinical resource, provide administrative support to their clinical teams and ensure the effective running of their on-site clinics. The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities: • OHP OHA Scheduling and managing calendars. • Checking the attendance of appointments at network clinics and ensuring reports are chased. • Signing off invoices for network appointments and checking appointments have been correctly recorded on case management databases. • Maintaining the network clinic databases and ensuring appropriate accreditation checks are completed. • Collating feedback on network clinics and notifying CMO or Deputy CMO of potential issues. • Supporting client on-site clinics for clients managed from the Uckfield office including ordering kit, providing forms and arranging calibration of equipment. • Supporting clinical and HR Teams on Clinician inductions. • Creating and updating resource materials for the business on clinical requirements, i.e. appointment timings, clinician, forms to be used, kit required etc. • Maintaining the Uckfield Clinical Operations Manual. • Act in accordance with the company’s core values of diligence; honesty; exemplary customer service; professionalism; ethical and trustworthy behaviours.
