Site Manager - High-End Residential & Heritage
Location: Oxfordshire / Cotswolds
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + package
Type: Permanent

An established main contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality residential and heritage projects is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

You'll be responsible for running projects on site from start to finish, including managing subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with consultants and clients. Projects range from bespoke new builds to sensitive refurbishments on listed buildings, typically £1m-£5m in value.

What's Required

* Strong background in high-end residential or heritage construction

* Confident managing site teams and subcontractors

* Experience working with conservation or traditional materials is a bonus

* SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black or Gold preferred)

* Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Oxfordshire / Cotswolds
