This school is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils as they progress through Key Stage 2. You will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that support academic achievement, personal development, and a love of learning. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a Year 4 Teacher:

Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum

Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and interventions

Work collaboratively with year group colleagues, support staff, and school leadership

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community

Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities

Ideal Year 4 Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A sound knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly in English, Maths, and Science

Strong classroom management and organisational skills as a Year 4 Teacher.

A nurturing and reflective teaching approach

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
