The Role - Mentor

We are looking for a dedicated Mentor to join a PRU in Enfield immediately. You will work closely with students aged 11-16, many of whom face barriers to learning due to SEMH and behavioural needs. Your role will involve providing both 1:1 and group mentoring, encouraging positive behaviour, and helping students re-engage with education. The ideal Mentor will be calm, patient, and proactive, with the ability to de-escalate situations and act as a positive role model.
