Our Leeds based main contractor is looking for a Project Manager to support the growing portfolio of works in the North West region based out of their Wigan office.

The role is primarily providing contract initial set up and co-coordinating for numerous small works so may suit somebody from a re-active or pro-active maintenance civils bias background at Contracts Manager or Project Manager level.

Duties include;

* Co-coordinating and allocating projects on a daily basis

* Prioritising regional workloads prior to delivery

* Producing programmes for various fast paced small projects

* Liaising with the Client on a daily basis

* Occasional site visits

* Working closely with the Delivery Managers

The ideal candidate will have previous experience overseeing the delivery of multiple projects concurrently being pre-dominantly office based with a background in Civil Engineering on project values ranging from £50K to £250K.
