With a strong people-first culture and long-term growth plans, this role would suit someone who values quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.The Role This is a hands-on CNC turning position focused on programming, setting and optimising machines to produce high-end, precision components to exacting standards.Key Responsibilities

• Program and set CNC turning machines (Mazak, XYZ and Citizen)

• Interpret detailed engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications

• Work closely with design and production teams to optimise manufacturability

• Ensure all components meet strict quality and finish standards

• Contribute to continuous improvement of machining processes

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience programming and setting CNC turning machines

• Strong knowledge of metals and machining processes (particularly brass)

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability

• Ability to work collaboratively within a production environment

• Strong work ethic and accountability for quality output

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience using Fusion 360 or other CAM software

• Formal engineering or machining qualifications
