Level 2 Teaching Assistant - WF2 📍 Wakefield | 🗓️ September 2025 Start | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 £93-£110/day

We're working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in the WF2 area seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a nurturing approach and a passion for helping children thrive-particularly those with additional needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils, including those with SEN

Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

Supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour management

Preparing resources and adapting materials to suit individual learning needs

Liaising with SENCOs and external professionals when required

What We're Looking For:

Level 2 TA qualification (or equivalent)

Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally with SEN pupils

Calm, patient, and proactive approach to learning support

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Strong communication and teamwork skills
