**Your Responsibilities:**

Manage financial aspects of construction projects, including estimation, budgeting, and cost control.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery to high quality standards.

Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues.

Prepare and review contracts, tender documents, and procurement strategies.

Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.

Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations, providing accurate financial reporting.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and construction management.

**Requirements:**

Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.

Degree or equivalent qualification in quantity surveying, construction management, or related field.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and construction estimating software.

Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.

Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
