Hours of work: 25 hours per week. With the potential for 37.5 hours per week available.
THIS IS A 6 MONTH KICKSTART PLACEMENT WHICH IS ONLY OPEN TO CANDIDATES AGED 16-24 YEARS OLD WHO ARE OUT OF WORK AND CLAIMING UNIVERSAL CREDIT. AS PART OF THE SELECTION PROCESS, YOU WILL NEED TO BE CONFIRMED ELIGIBLE BY YOUR JOB CENTRE WORK COACH. UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA FOR THIS ROLE.
Overview of the business:
We are a Specialist in our field, offering Training and Recruitment Services to the Electronics Industry.
Responsibilities of Sales Administrator
* Full training will be given
* Answering incoming customer calls
* Welcoming visitors and guests
* Ordering supplies and stock
* Calling existing customers to reconfirm information
* Accurately maintaining records within our database
* Resolving customer queries and keeping customers updated
* Manging post
* Arranging deliveries and returns
This role starts at 25 hours per week and at the entry level salary, however, there is a very realistic opportunity to quickly progress and secure more hours and a better salary and a full time position for the right person.
