Reed Education are currently recruiting for TWO teaching assistants to start at a wonderful SEN School in the Lancaster area!

Role #1:

• 8.45am until 3.30pm
• Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• Primary Age Range
• Start Date = Tuesday 5th May

Role #2:

• 8.45am until 3.30pm
• Monday to Friday
• Secondary Age Range
• Start Date = Monday 11th May

The children at the school, aged between 3 and 16 years old, have a range of learning needs including moderate to severe learning difficulties, communication difficulties, and social communication needs. All of the children have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The school is passionate about developing each child’s strengths and is extremely proud of their ongoing achievements.

Requirements:

• Clear DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience supporting those with Special Needs, either in a school or care setting
• Resilient, patient and passionate attitude
• Hard-working and reliable
• Personal care may be required for some classes
