An exciting and growing business based in Harrogate is looking for a talented Management Accountant to join its high-performing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation that’s scaling rapidly and offers a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and driving continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of management information to support strategic decision-making.
• Month-end accounting including journal postings, P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
• VAT returns and compliance.
• Group cash reporting to key stakeholders.
• Supporting corporation tax submissions in collaboration with external advisers.
• Managing the accounting system, including development of policies and procedures.
• Supporting statutory accounts preparation and audit processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with strong accounting knowledge.
• Experience working within a group structure is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
