Are you an experienced Engineering Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in one of London's most prestigious commercial buildings? A leading FM company is seeking a client-facing, hands-on supervisor to lead a team of three engineers on a flagship site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of three engineers, ensuring high standards of maintenance delivery

Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance across building systems

Act as the primary point of contact for client liaison and site management

*

Ensure compliance with all health & safety and statutory regulations

*

Use CAFM and IT systems for reporting, scheduling, and compliance tracking

Requirements:

Proven experience in building services or facilities maintenance supervision

*

Strong client-facing communication skills and a professional manner

*

Hands-on approach with good technical knowledge (mechanical or electrical)

*

Comfortable using IT systems and CAFM platforms

*

Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3)
